Despite the fact that over two years has passed since David Wayne Laws, of Manassas, was arrested on murder charges, his trial will once again be postponed. With witnesses, experts and family members of the victim packed into the left side of the room, Laws and his attorney, Robert May, told Prince William County Circuit Court judge Richard Potter that they needed to terminate their relationship. They told the judge that they did not agree on strategy and had "a breakdown in communication." Potter reminded Laws—who has already switched his attorney once before—that he did not have the right to pick which lawyer the court appoints to defend him. Potter said, however, that since neither Laws nor his attorney were ready for trial, he would …

Simply put him in a boat, handcuff this animal's hands behind his back, and about a half mile out, push him overboard. But the reality is, he will go to prison for life where he will be ENTITLED food, snacks, a warm bed, a TV, and conjucal visits with some bimbo and possibly Father …   more ›
