Prince William County Police say additional charges for man, 20, found with 13-year-old at Super 8 Motel.
A Manassas man was arrested Friday after police said he engaged in sexual acts with a 13-year-old girl, according to Prince William County police. Ulises Torres, 20, of the 7500 block of Perdue Court in Manassas is charged with carnal knowledge, possession of marijuana, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol by someone under 21 and providing alcohol to a minor. Prince William Police were called to the Super 8 Motel at 11:50 p.m. on New Market Court in the Manassas area to investigate a report of drugs. Three men were charged with drug-related offenses after Prince William County Police found marijuana in their motel room, police said Thursday. Darwuin Frederico Campos, 18, of Lafayette Avenue in Manassas, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm with narcotics. Jose Luis Rivas, 24, of Quail Valley Boulveard in Gaithersburg, MD, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and posession of a firearm with narcotics. Alexander Javier Gonzalez, 22, of Riverton Drive in Stafford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Prince William County police are investigating an alleged shooting that was reported at the Super 8 Motel in Manassas on Aug. 3. A 24-year-old Manassas man told police that he was in a motel room at 7249 New Market Ct. in Manassas when someone knocked at the door, said Prince William County police public information officer Jonathan Perok. "Upon answering, the victim recognized a known male acquaintance at the door. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money," said Perok in a release. During the encounter, the suspect struck the victim in the head with the gun which caused it to go off, striking the victim in the shoulder."
