Amanda Harper, Neighbor

Amanda Harper co-founded Gaeltek, LLC in March 2004 with her husband, Andrew Harper.  Amanda joined Gaeltek fulltime in August 2009.  Prior to joining the company, she served as Press Officer, Public Affairs Specialist and Information Officer for the US Department of State, where she received numerous honors and awards.  Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bridgewater College and her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

As the President of Gaeltek, Amanda manages the direction of the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, as well as corporate communications. Amanda also recently co-authored her first book, Business IT 101:  A Business Owner’s Guide For Finding Hassle-Free Computer Support.
