Bristow Shopping Center Without Power Wednesday
Safeway remains open with generator power.
Braemar Plaza Shopping Center lost power Wednesday morning, but the Safeway store remains open for business.
Employees said the entire shopping center lost power around 7:30 a.m. No cause has been identified. The Safeway store apparently has an emergency power supply because some of the lighting in the store remains operational and customers were able to pay for their items at the check-out terminals.
