A Washington DC man is accused of arranging to have sex with a minor in a Tysons Corner hotel room, Manassas Police said.
Diego Vicente Acevedo,29, of 16th Street NW was arrested this month and is charged with use of a communications device to solicit a minor, police said.
Police said the suspect communicated with a police officer, thinking it was an underage child.

The suspect went on to arrange an encounter with the minor at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tysons Corner where he was arrested on July 11.
