Manassas Pedestrian Attacked by Robbers With Pepper Spray

Minor injuries were reported.

A 26-year-old Manassas man told police he was attacked by two men as he walked in the Coverstone community in Prince William County early Saturday morning. 

The victim told police he was on Coverstone Drive in the Manassas area just before 1 a.m. when he was approached by two people he didn't know. One of them sprayed what appeared to pepper spray at the victim, knocked him down and took his cash before running away, Prince William County Police reports show. 

Minor injuries were reported.  One of the suspects is described as a Hispanic man between 19 and 25, standing 5’6” with a medium build, brown hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a white sweater, black pants, white shoes and a blue baseball hat.   
The second suspect is described as a black man between 19 and 25, standing 5’10” tall with a medium build and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray pants. 

Anyone with information is asked to call the Prince William County Police Department.
