Police: Six Accused of Being MS-13 Gang Members

Four minors and two adults were found riding in a stolen car, Prince William County Police said.

Officers charged six people—including four underage teenagers—with gang participation after police found them riding in a stolen car, according to Prince William County Police. 

A police officer stopped a 2003 Dodge Caravan near Sudley Road and Lee Highway on July 3 at 10:51 p.m. after the Automatic License Plate Reader in the police cruiser came up with a hit for a stolen car. 

Members of the Prince William County Police Department Gang Unit and the Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force responded after finding out that all six of the people inside the vehicle were members of MS-13. Police executed six search warrants on July 11 at all of the suspects' homes. 

Edgar Morales-Pacheco, 20, of Coverstone Hill Circle in Manassas, is charged with breaking, defacing, destroying or preventing the operation of a vehicle and gang participation. He is held without bond.

Stephanie Marielos Cuellar-Panate, 18, of Ewing Place in Manassas, is charged with breaking, defacing, destroying or preventing the operation of a vehicle and gang participation. She is held without bond. 

A 17-year-old male and two 16-year-old Manassas males are charged with  breaking, defacing, destroying or preventing the operation of a vehicle and gang participation. A 15-year-old Manassas male faces the same charges, along with a  charge of receiving stolen property.
