Two Accused of Robbing Manassas-Area Home With Knife

Money and prescription medications were taken from the home, Prince William County Police investigators said.

Two people were arrested Monday in connection with a robbery reported on  Wednesday in the Manassas-area of Prince William County.

A 27-year-old woman told police she heard a knock on the front door of her home, located in the 7400 block of Willoughby Lane and encountered the two suspects, a man and a woman, whom she knew.
She opened the door and the two forced their way inside. The female suspect struck the victim, brandished a knife and demanded prescription drugs and money, police reports show.
Both suspects fled the house once they had what they came for, leaving the victim with minor injuries.
Prince William County Police robbery unit detectives along with U.S. Marshals located and arrested James Kenneth Rudolph, 62, of  Valley Pike in Middleton and Dannielle Diana Teague, 34, of Depot Road in Strasburg on Monday.  Both are charged with armed robbery and abduction.
An investigation revealed the Wednesday incident is related to an unreported larceny involving the two suspects and the victim.

Both Teague and Rudolph will appear in court on their charges in December.
