Store Hit Second Time in Smash and Grab Spree

Several businesses in Manassas area targeted in recent months.

Early Tuesday morning, the Sally Beauty Supply shop on Sudley Road was struck a in a burglary attempt, the second in the past two months.

Again, the suspects didn't steal anything, but it is similar to overnight break-ins at other business in the Manassas area in recent months.

At 3:22 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the business at 8395 Sudley Road regarding an alarm activation. Police found the front glass door had been shattered.

It did not appear that anyone had entered the business and nothing was taken, according to Prince William County Police.

Previous businesses that were similarly burglarized include: a beauty salonDunkin Donuts on Liberia Avenue, a Gainesville storefronttwo businesses on Sudley Road and a trophy store on Liberia Avenue.
